Yes, we generally have demo equipment available or the ability for you to test drive and experience the equipment prior to purchase. We want you to find the right piece of equipment that you are comfortable using so you are fully satisfied.

Yes, of course. You can even demo the equipment before purchasing, but you will certainly be able to look over every detail in person with the equipment on-site. We typically have most equipment available; however, if you are looking for a specific unit, we recommend calling or texting ahead to ensure it is available and ready for you.
How do I know which mower or equipment is right for me?
Determining the right equipment depends on how you plan to use it, your expectations for longevity, and your budget. Some customers need more heavy-duty equipment than they initially expect, while others choose higher-end models for durability and long-term value. Do you sell used or pre-owned equipment?
Yes, we typically have pre-owned or used equipment available, depending on trade-ins we receive. These units tend to sell quickly, and often they are gone before we can respond to inquiries. Do you offer training or guidance on using the equipment?

Yes, we carry seasonal ECHO LINE products such as leaf blowers (both handheld and backpack) and leaf collection equipment like baggers and attachments for fall cleanup.
What type of oil should I use in my mower or equipment?
We recommend in all Ariens/Gravley units to use genuine kawasaki oil.

What’s so popular about a zero turn mower vs other mowers?
A zero-turn mower is more popular than other mowers types due to its productivity gains related to its maneuverability and speed. It allows you to easily turn the mower in a circle around plants, trees, and other obstacles, which with other types of mowing equipment would require heavier amounts of effort with less maneuverability.

Is financing available for used equipment?
Yes if you see a piece of used (aka pre-owned) equipment that we are selling, in most cases there is financing available for it. Those programs terms and conditions are separate from new equipment and you will likely want to understand by asking us more about them before completing the application
Can I make payments online?
We currently do not accept online payments, but our team is happy to assist you with payment options in-store.
Who do I contact for invoice or billing questions?

Do you offer financing for residential purchases?
Yes we offer financing for residential purchases. Residential mowers specifically for residential outdoor power equipment including trimmers, chainsaws, walk-behind mowers, zero-turn mowers, and tractors in some cases. Just like any of the information we’ve already provided related to financing, there is likely an option to finance anything you want over $500 Just keep in mind that the program may be different based upon the selection of the product whether it’s new or used and the amount of the unit.
Is there a minimum purchase required to qualify for financing?
Yes, generally a minimum purchase of $500 is required to qualify for financing.
How long does financing approval take?
On average, financing approval takes about 15–30 minutes.
Can I finance parts, accessories, or attachments?
Yes financing parts, accessories, and attachments, and even service repair and parts orders are all available for financing. Generally over $500. Again keep in mind the term of the financing, interest rates are all dependent upon how much you finance
Can I pay off my financed equipment early?
Yes, you can pay off your financed equipment early at no additional cost to you. In some rarer cases, if it’s a second chance finance company or a leased piece of equipment, there may be a requirement that does NOT allow you not to pay it off early. But again, in general, all financing of new equipment, parts, service, and accessories are all available to be paid off early at no additional cost
Will applying for financing affect my credit score?
Yes all financing applications generally have an effect on your credit score. It’s hard to be specific but again generally 1-2 points off of your credit score based upon the amount of applications. We do care deeply about your credit score and use caution when trying to get you approved for financing. If you have a concern, it is always best to contact us so we can help you understand the process prior to you applying for credit
Can I have multiple equipment purchases on one financing plan?
Yes you could have multiple pieces of equipment on one financing plan. Keep in mind you have to be approved for a greater amount than the items that you choose to purchase in the plan. In some cases if it’s on a promotional offer like “0% for 48” for example, there are limitations to the maximum amount they will finance for that specific unit. If you wanted to include accessories and potential parts with that new piece of equipment on that promotional plan with the new piece of equipment it is best to contact us and let us help you decide the best path for the finance company we direct you to based on the amount and type of additional pieces of equipment you want to purchase on that plan

It depends on the location but it’s free within 30 miles of our store.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-2 business days for new equipment. If it is a repair of an existing piece of equipment, generally we have scheduled delivery days during the week that we offer a pickup and delivery service. Please see us for details on that.
Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?
It varies depending on type of year.
Will my equipment be assembled before delivery?
Yes but one of the most important reasons to buy from a dealer like us is that we have trained technicians that understand how to properly assemble the equipment so it is ready to operate properly for you once you receive it. We also communicate with you on the initial service of the unit so that you ensure the piece of equipment has a long useful life.
Do you deliver fully fueled and ready-to-use equipment?
All of the equipment is fully fueled. In some cases, yes it is, but you can be assured that it is ready to use once you receive the equipment unless in some cases there is a break-in period where you have to operate it at a certain RPM for a specific amount of time. But generally, all new equipment is ready to use once we deliver it to your home or you take it home.
Can I schedule a specific delivery date or time?
Yes we will work with you to schedule your delivery at your preferred date and time, usually in windows of time (morning or afternoon) or specific dates that we offer this service. If you do not see a specific date or time option on our site, it is best to contact us directly. We can inform you of our schedule as it does change from time to time.
Do you deliver equipment with fuel?
Yes, equipment is delivered with fuel.
Can you deliver to job sites or commercial locations?
Yes we have no issue as long as there is reasonable access to entry and that is safe and secure. We can deliver to job sites and commercial locations.
Do I need to be present for delivery?
This depends on the communication you’ve had prior to the delivery being scheduled. But if, in general, you purchased the equipment, we want you to be there for the delivery unless you’ve specified otherwise who will be there.
Can I return or exchange equipment after delivery?
That will have to be discussed with sales department before a return is authorized.
Can I order parts or accessories for delivery as well?
We offer shipping for parts and accessories.

Setup or installation is not included for parts and accessories during delivery.

Yes, we service what we sell and have trained service technicians that specialize in the type of equipment that you purchase from us to ensure that your service is done properly and within the required steps that the brand or manufacturer.
What types of service do you offer?
We offer all different levels of service, from simple oil change to very technical engine, transmission, frame, wheels, steering repairs for the unit that you purchased.
Do I need an appointment for service?
Generally you can bring and drop stuff off but it is always best to make an appointment to ensure that your expectations are met based upon the amount of equipment that we have in the queue for repair. This will help you set your expectations properly for what and how long the repair will take.
How often should my lawn mower be serviced?
Generally your lawn mower should be serviced at least once a year, regardless of the hour threshold. This allows us to inspect yearly any potential issues that may be on the forefront of your equipment and notify you of future service or maintenance repairs that are necessary.
Do you perform warranty repairs?
Yes we perform warranty repair for all of our brands that we carry. Keep in mind that in some cases not everything is warrantied and the warranty guidelines are written to protect specific parts of the equipment that you purchase. Abuse, neglect, or lack of service are not warrantied. We are trained to evaluate each potential warranty repair for the qualification of whether it fits within that warranty guideline.
How long does service typically take?
This depends greatly on the time of year; we are in a seasonal business, And with seasonal changes, repair inquiries and requests can grow and change the estimated timeframes for repair. It is best to contact us ahead of time. To help you understand in general terms Lawn equipment repairs are generally busier during the spring, summer, and early fall months and Winter equipment repairs are usually busier during the late fall, winter, and early spring months, depending again on the type of season that we are having. You can expect that if we are in a winter snowstorm that if you call and ask or schedule a repair, it will be busier than normal time frames. Same goes with lawn equipment: if it is hot and rainy and the grass is growing, our repair times will likely be greater.

Yes we stock all common parts. Availability of these variates based upon the time of year but generally we have all normal common wear parts in stock.
Can I order parts if my local store doesn’t have them in stock?
Yes we do special orders for parts that we don’t have in stock. We will provide you with an estimated time of arrival for that part Prior to you ordering it.
Do you sell parts for older equipment models?
Yes we sell parts for older equipment models. In some cases depending on how old the model is and if the manufacturer of the equipment is still producing the part, there may be delays or in some cases exemptions to not getting the part at all. But likely there is a part available and a time frame that it can be delivered to you within.
Can I return or exchange parts?
Yes, parts can be returned or exchanged as long as you have the receipt.

We do sell some aftermarket parts and in some cases have multiple options for the OEM original part or an aftermarket part that is at a lower cost. We try to evaluate ourselves what is the best part option for you and your budget needs.
Do you carry parts for older or discontinued equipment?
Yes we carry parts for older equipment or discontinued equipment. But again it depends on how old the equipment is and whether or not the manufacturer continues to produce the part or not. You will need to see us for details and we may need to contact the manufacturer direct to get you an accurate answer on the part you are looking for.
Can I return a part if I order the wrong one?
Yes generally we offer a return policy if you ordered the wrong part. If a special order part, usually there is a restocking fee of some sort. We try to ensure that before you order it we are ordering the right part. If a part is ordered and it is incorrectly ordered on our end, there would obviously be no additional cost to that.

Electrical and battery parts are non-returnable.
